The challenge to create an original kueh recipe. Kueh is a dessert and delicacy of Southeast Asia of Peranakan decent. It has a long history and in this project led by Designer Hans Tan, it was a chance to challenge our creativity and originality to reinvent our own recipe from hundreds of testing, to derive a kueh of its own unique properties.
