Specialising in flourless (gluten-free) TPB Zucchini Cakes, The Plant Bakery (TPB) SG is a one-woman home-bakery serving cakes that are made with no flour, no refined sugar or artificial substitutes. TPB uses fresh whole zucchinis, nuts, and eggs to create a wholesome alternative regular cakes. Plus they are fluffier, softer, moist texture compared to the average commercial cake too! The backstory behind our Zucchini Cakes dates back to 2017 when Ysanne was living in Sweden. In short, she made do without having bought any flour or unnecessary pantry staples. The first samples were a hit with her friends and she had been refining the recipe ever since. As a now certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, her mission for starting TPB is to provide the option to choose lighter, nutrient-dense plant-based cakes.
