Hello there! The Plant Bakery SG is a small-batch home-bakery specialising in flourless (gluten-free) zucchini cakes.
Our cakes are made with no flour, no refined sugar or artificial substitutes. Instead, TPB uses fresh whole zucchinis, nuts, and eggs to create a wholesome alternative regular cakes. You can expect natural, balanced flavours; a fluffier, softer, moist texture compared to the average commercial cake.
I developed TPB's core recipe back in 2019 and have been refining it ever since. My mission for starting TPB is support our collective wellness by providing the option to choose lighter, healthier plant-based cakes. As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I want to fuel my body with the energy it needs - and sometimes, it calls for a real wholesome cake, which I couldn't get outside of my own kitchen. It is my duty to use only high quality natural ingredients; whole foods and organic produce as much as possible.
