Specialising in flourless (gluten-free) zucchini cakes. This is a humble home-bakery creating cakes that are made with no flour, no refined sugar or artificial substitutes. Our cakes use fresh whole zucchinis, nuts, and eggs to create a wholesome alternative regular cakes. They are fluffier, softer, moist texture compared to the average commercial cake too!

The backstory behind Zen's Zucchini Cakes dates back to 2017 when Ysanne was living in Sweden, having to make do without flour or unnecessary pantry staples. The first samples were a hit with her friends and she had been refining the recipe ever since. With a passion for people, health, and lifetime wellbeing, she attained her certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching and it is part of her mission to provide the option and agency to choose better even when it comes to celebrations.
